By accessing or using AgriCrop Manager ("the Service"), available at agricrop.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AgriCrop Manager is a web-based farm management platform that provides tools for crop monitoring, field mapping, task scheduling, weather alerts, inventory management, equipment tracking, analytics, and related agricultural management features. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your personal data or farm data to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AgriCrop Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Agricultural recommendations provided by the AI Crop Advisor are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional agronomic advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriCrop Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or crop yields, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
